Join Gardening Know How, one of the world's largest and most respected gardening websites, as a Senior Editor and play a key role in driving traffic and e-commerce growth. As a seasoned editor, you will lead a team of talented content creators to produce industry-leading content that captivates audiences and drives commercial success across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, you will:

• Develop and implement content strategies to drive traffic and e-commerce growth
• Lead the team to create high-quality, engaging content across all aspects of gardening, with a focus on gaining Discover traffic
• Manage the forward planner, content calendar, and output planner to ensure efficient content production
• Collaborate with the video and social media editor to originate ideas for different channels and commission content
• Ensure the team operates to deadline and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience in building audiences for websites and knowledge of different acquisition channels
• A passion for homes and gardens, with the ability to write for US audiences
• Excellent industry contacts and experience managing freelance budgets
• Experience as a people manager, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
