Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience from initial contact to departure
- Manage accounts receivable, including mailing monthly statements and sending accounts to collections as needed
- Develop and implement efficient systems to streamline patient care and insurance management
- Collaborate with our team to resolve challenges and improve processes
- Prepare and submit documents and reports in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and providing regular updates
- Collect payments at the time of service, schedule appointments, and respond to phone calls
- Appeal denied claims and work closely with our team to resolve insurance-related issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in dentistry, with a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental safety guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
