Job Description

We are looking for a marketing professional who is creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about developing highly engaging content. As a Marketing Manager at Walmart Business Innovations, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing content for sales and partner teams, as well as helping to scale our marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to work in a startup-like environment with the support of a global business with 2.3 million associates.

Your role will involve dynamic collaboration on integrated campaigns, shaping strategies, and ensuring our emerging brand is well-represented. Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content in various formats, such as social media and blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including design, product, legal, and comms to ensure content is aligned with campaigns, launches, and overall messaging
• Position the company and key colleagues as thought leaders within the industry by creating smart and relevant content on industry trends and topics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner marketing strategies
• Launch initiatives that generate new leads and support them through the pipeline
• Develop partner enablement materials, such as presentation decks, training, and digital assets for events
• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to execute campaigns, track lead interactions, and analyze data
• Collaborate with the digital team to submit requests and manage project delivery and content publication reviews

Preferred Qualifications and Experiences

• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Salesforce experience or other CRM solutions
• HubSpot experience or other martech solutions
• Proven track record of developing and managing marketing growth strategies (B2B setting preferred)
• Strong history of written and published content
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong project management, negotiation, and organization skills
• Ability to travel for events and team meetings as required
