Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Follow established communication scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives as needed
• Perform data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Navigate online platforms and company resources to access information and resolve issues
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
• 1+ year of call center or office experience
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous remote work experience a plus
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
• Background check applicable with state and federal laws required

What We Offer:

• Competitive starting salary: $14/hour, plus shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, with shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) and rotating weekends
• Paid training: 3 weeks, 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday
• Equipment provided for full-time permanent employees, with option for company-provided hardware and software
