About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy via remote sessions to patients with diverse health and lifestyle needs
• Conduct digital shop-alongs to help patients optimize their grocery budget on our platform
• Support patients in completing regular nutrition assessments using our proprietary nutrition quiz
• Document care in electronic medical records according to the Nutrition Care Process
• Manage a panel of clients with various chronic health conditions and backgrounds
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients through HIPAA-compliant video and audio calls and electronic messaging

• Well-versed in motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques
• Excited about working in a dynamic start-up environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Self-motivated and independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
• At least one state licensure, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses in high-demand states
• Ability to work in the U.S., with high-speed internet and a smartphone

• Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $91,640 per year, depending on location and experience
• Bonus potential: flexible model based on performance, with average on-target earnings of $3,000 - $4,500 per quarter
