Job Summary

• Deliver outstanding customer training and support as an instructor and facilitator
• Utilize your presentation skills to guide small groups and individuals in learning and setup
• Listen actively and adapt your teaching style to each user's skill level and goals
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled training sessions and interact with customers between sessions
• Provide personalized support and guidance to customers
• Recommend in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Adhere to a structured training schedule and be flexible with your work hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for education and ability to instruct through hands-on learning
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse customers and team members
• Self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with selling and teaching, with a focus on customer satisfaction
