This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care. While the position is in the financial industry, it revolves around engaging with and assisting individuals. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, with the added option of working from a nearby branch location. It is crucial to note that this is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as customers are provided, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting.

Prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, as we primarily value candidates' social and interpersonal skills. We provide a comprehensive training program to fully equip new associates for the responsibilities of the position.

The beauty of our industry is its remote work capabilities, allowing flexibility in work location and hours. The position involves guiding and assisting customers with their financial planning needs. This includes areas such as retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more. Daily activities may involve assisting individuals with retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more. A substantial percentage of the U.S. population lacks guidance in these areas, presenting an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
