Role and Responsibilities: As a Mail Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records for mail and packages. • Track and record incoming and outgoing mail and packages using inventory systems
• Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and storage of inventory items
• Verify shipment documentation and maintain inventory logs
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with mail carriers and processing teams to ensure workflow efficiency
• Operate scanning equipment and update tracking systems in real time
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory workspace following USPS guidelines

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
• Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory management or logistics
• Knowledge of USPS scanning and tracking systems
