About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist with deep expertise in Web3 growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing overall growth initiatives and strategies, leveraging growth campaigns to drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Develop and Manage Growth Campaigns
   : Design and execute Web3 growth campaigns targeting wallets and decentralized exchange to increase trading volume and attract new traders.

2. Conduct Market Research
   : Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and inform campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with current market conditions. Especially targets Web3 wallets, decentralized/centralized exchanges, and quest platforms (e.g., Galxe, Layer3).

3. Oversee Project Management
   : Lead initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery of operational plans while fostering innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness.

4. Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration
   : Coordinate effectively with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, using strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.

What We Look For In You

1. A proven track record of minimum 2 years working on Web3, including but not limited to centralized exchanges, project teams, Web3 medias and or VCs.

2. Language Skills: Mandarin and English all at business communication level, and at least one of them at native speaker level.

3. A Meme trader. Be familiar with Meme trading methodology, and at least be familiar with one Meme trading platform.

4. Relevant Experience: Extensive experience in marketing and/or operations roles in Web3 projects, exchanges, or medias.

5. (Bonus) Have worked on a Web3 project that listed in notable exchanges, or with good trading volumes on DEX. And been deeply associated with the TGE (Token Generation Event) plan.

6. (Bonus) Own a Web3 IP on Twitter, or other Web3 media platform. Or have the experience of building a Web3 IP.
