Occupational Therapist (OT) Position

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals across various age groups to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients’ functional abilities and areas requiring intervention.

• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ ability to perform daily activities.

• Therapeutic Intervention: Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients’ motor skills, cognitive functions, and overall independence.

• Education and Training: Instruct patients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate daily living.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
