Territory Sales Representative

The Territory Sales Representative will lead growth of the new Keepr alcohol monitoring products in the assigned territory.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close through intentional prospecting, hunting, and closing new business.
  2. Proactively prospect and build your own pipeline, using Keepr’s target list as a starting point, while also handling inbound interest from all targeted verticals.
  3. Position Keepr as a compliance and outcomes-focused solution for accountability in recovery, clinical care, family law, and criminal justice/offender monitoring markets.
  4. Represent Keepr at national and regional conferences and industry events
  5. Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting using Zoho CRM
  6. Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals through monthly device and subscription sales.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  1. 3+ years of proven success in sales prospecting/hunting in B2B or Government sales
  2. Strong understanding of sales processes including sales stages/methodology, technology, and the use of metrics/KPIs to drive performance
  3. Comfortable with outbound sales, completing product demonstrations, managing a high volume of activity, and closing consultative deals
  4. Completion of a sales training program (internal training or external development) that leans into the fundamentals of the sales experience
  5. Driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  6. Excellent communicator with a bias for action
  7. Position reports to Keepr Sales Leader
  8. Ability to travel up to 50%
