Responsibilities as an Entry Level Sales Rep:- Generate qualified leads from homeowners interested in solar energy systems for their residences.
- Arrange free consultation sessions for potential customers.
- Act as a consultant by delivering valuable product insights to interested homeowners.
- Continuously acquire and retain industry knowledge.
- Professionally represent our company and its brand.
- Meet and surpass lead generation targets.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success.
- Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals.
- Dependable transportation.
- Possession of a phone with data and internet access.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Some roles may require a clean driving record.
- Weeks 1-4 of Training: Guaranteed base pay of $660 weekly plus bonuses, contingent upon passing the first week's evaluation.
- Post-Training: Guaranteed base pay of $692 weekly with additional bonus potential for arranging appointments.
- Potential to earn between $53,000 and $85,000 (base salary plus commission).
