Remote Seasonal Outbound/Inbound Setter

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time position located remotely. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. This position is seasonal until October 31st.

Location: Remote

Availability during weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you

• Make a great first impression when speaking with leads

• Correctly qualify leads for Aptives service

• Input data into the leads contact record without errors

• Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team

• Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way

• Expected to have an answer rate of 98%+

Qualifications:

• This is an opportunity for a great career with no experience necessary; we will train you

• High school graduate or GED
