Entry Level Client Service Reps - Paid Training

Position OverviewAs an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist based in Brooklyn, NY, you will provide high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships. Functioning as a consultant, you will ensure that customers fully leverage the software they purchased through on-site (80%) and video conference (20%) support. Operating from a home office, you will be equipped with a company car, cell phone, and tablet.Established in 1866, Reynolds and Reynolds offers a complete Retail Management System for automotive dealerships.
