This role offers the opportunity to support daily real estate operations while also contributing to the development of AI-powered tools that are transforming the industry.

Responsibilities Real Estate Operations Support

• Coordinate and schedule property tours
• Assist with preparation tasks for property listings
• Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports
• Run and distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports

Client & Agent Coordination

• Serve as a key liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers
• Ensure smooth communication and task flow across all active transactions

Product Development Collaboration

• Collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features
• Provide feedback to help refine AI-powered solutions for buyers and agents

Required Experience & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and Slack
• (Bonus) Background in real estate operations or product testing

What Does a Typical Day Look Like? You’ll kick off by reviewing your queue of scheduled tours, disclosure packet requests, and client inquiries. Throughout the day, you’ll assist in preparing listing documentation, collaborate with agents, and run comps. You’ll also spend time testing internal tools, documenting bugs or suggestions, and communicating feedback with the product team. Every day brings variety, autonomy, and meaningful impact.
