Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent - Auto Dealer Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, chat, email, and other communication channels
  • Researching and resolving requests related to profile assistance, vehicle shipments, and orders
  • Assisting with car warranties, escalating critical orders, and offering timely and accurate solutions
  • Utilizing computer skills to track vehicle orders, shipments, and other relevant information
  • Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills, with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
  • Strong problem-solving, consulting, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • Availability to work during scheduled hours, with a reliable schedule and minimal absences

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A degree in a relevant or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar technology

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote customer service agent, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet access at home, with a reliable connection and minimal downtime
  • A secluded and distraction-free work environment, with minimal interruptions and optimal productivity
  • Residency in Michigan, with a valid address and ability to receive mail and packages

Schedule and Training

As a remote customer service agent, you'll work a scheduled schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Our training program includes:

  • Five weeks of instructor-led training, with 8 hours/day of interactive learning and coaching
  • Four weeks of hands-on training, with scheduled calls and coaching from experienced team leaders
  • Ongoing training and development, with regular feedback and coaching to help you grow and succeed
