The Role

As a Homeowner Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our homeowners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be part of a friendly and team-oriented contact center atmosphere, where you will support diverse requests daily and work collaboratively with your colleagues to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service to homeowners through various communication channels

  • Resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, often in a fast-paced environment
  • Multitask across different communication platforms to meet the diverse needs of our homeowners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support thousands of requests daily
  • Work in a dynamic and team-oriented contact center atmosphere
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a HOA Management or related industry

  • Knowledge of homeowner association operations and management
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication platforms
