Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
