Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry and Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing high-volume data entry work with accuracy and efficiency
  • Preparing information for data entry and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general office duties
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems and providing guidance on data entry procedures
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Performing daily audits and data entry corrections to maintain data integrity
  • Operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Establishing data entry procedures for each client and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Ensuring timely data entry and file management to meet client expectations

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in clerical work, data entry, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of office software, including Excel, Word, and WordPerfect
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

  • Knowledge of data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare or financial industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
