This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with our enrollment package records

• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, including reconciling eligibility among systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement green resolutions
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our healthcare industry operations and systems

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
