Job Summary

As a remote data entry specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with our enrollment package records

  • Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company
  • Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, including reconciling eligibility among systems
  • Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement green resolutions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our healthcare industry operations and systems

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
