Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing passenger inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing detailed information regarding flights, reservations, and policies. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls and emails, handle customer complaints, and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding flights, policies, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Educational Qualifications

Experience

* Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in an airline or travel industry.

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation and Perks
