Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized support.
- Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to our customers.
- Collaborating with dynamic teams to achieve our shared purpose and exceed our customers' expectations.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Adhering to our core values and promoting a culture of caring, inclusion, and belonging.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
- An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic.
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly.
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development.
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
