The Job

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Vail & Beaver Creek, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the Vail Valley. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations
• Offering support services throughout their stay
• Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain
• Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
• Restocking vans with extra equipment
• Answering and making calls to our customers

• A base wage of $18/hour, plus tips, with an average wage of $25-$33 per hour

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic ski tuning and waxing skills (training provided)
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance
• Ability to speak multiple languages (a plus)
