Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey.   • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
