What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a telework capacity. As a key member of our client relations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and clients, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships that drive loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalized service to members and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with members and clients to drive loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Diploma of College Studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field, such as customer service, sales, or marketing
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Other combinations of relevant training and experience may be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in French is required; advanced level proficiency in English may be required for certain positions
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools is an asset
