Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat messages on our clients' websites. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access our platform and respond to incoming messages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites

  • Provide top-notch customer support, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • Work independently, using your own device to access our platform
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices and improve our customer support processes

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; prior experience in a live chat or call center environment a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week; flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
