Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain consistency and quality
• Inputting accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless operations
• Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and resolving customer grievances in a timely manner
• Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
• Reviewing and resolving customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
• Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 35wpm or more
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

While not required, experience in a service-oriented industry, familiarity with healthcare or transportation services, and proficiency in multiple software systems would be beneficial in this role.
