About the role

Trovata is at an inflection point. We're not just building software — we're actively defining two categories that will reshape corporate finance and treasury: Agentic AI as the operational backbone of modern finance teams, and stablecoin adoption as the future of corporate liquidity execution. We need a content and category leader who can turn those ideas into the narratives that win.

As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will own the strategic content engine that powers Trovata's authority in both pillars. You'll shape the frameworks, flagship reports, and executive POVs that define how the market thinks about these spaces — and build the community programs and executive visibility that make Trovata the name synonymous with the conversation. This role spans narrative strategy and market activation, and you'll need to move fluidly between both. Pay Range

$120,000 – $160,000 total compensation (base + MBO structure) Final range commensurate with experience and location.

What you'll do

Category Narrative & Thought Leadership

  • Own AI and stablecoin category narrative — frameworks, flagship content programs, and executive POV that shape how the market understands these spaces
  • Translate Trovata's Agentic AI positioning into compelling market-facing content that reinforces our differentiation from legacy TMS platforms and supports deal velocity
  • Own Trovata's company LinkedIn and build a deliberate executive personal branding program — developing content that establishes the CEO and CTO as recognizable authorities in AI and stablecoin
  • Support executive speaking submissions, session abstracts, and presentation narratives for key conferences

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned to pipeline goals, product moments, and category-building milestones
  • Own the blog, long-form guides, white papers, case studies, webinar content tracks, podcast briefs, and speaking session narratives
  • Manage SEO strategy and keyword roadmap; analyze and report on content performance across organic and direct channels
  • Manage external writers and content contractors to maintain quality and brand standards

Community & Executive Programming 

  • Own and build Trovata's executive community programs — including invite-only peer forums and roundtables for corporate finance leaders — from logistics through content development
  • This is a build opportunity: you'll shape how these communities operate, grow, and generate derivative content (recaps, insights, narratives) that extends our reach and authority

Demand Generation & Field Support

  • Support webinar production and develop sales enablement materials aligned to AI and stablecoin narratives
  • Support event execution across committed conferences — pre-event coordination, on-site support as needed, and post-event follow-up
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new events, forums, and industry gatherings where Trovata can build visibility around AI and stablecoin — bringing recommendations to the team on where we should have a presence

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in content marketing, with demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or emerging technology categories
  • Proven experience building thought leadership in emerging or technical categories — you know how to make complex ideas both credible and compelling
  • Background at an AI, stablecoin, blockchain, or fintech company is strongly preferred; you should be able to engage fluently with these topics from day one
  • Agency experience or a track record as an early marketing hire at a fast-moving startup is a strong plus — we're looking for someone who has built muscle for rapid context-switching, self-direction, and executing without a lot of infrastructure around them
  • Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to accelerate content production, research, and workflow 
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership content — ghostwriting, LinkedIn strategy, and spokesperson preparation
  • Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level, owning a content calendar end-to-end without losing momentum on either
  • Strong track record of growing organic web traffic and content-influenced pipeline

  • Exceptional writer with the range to move between a technical white paper and a punchy LinkedIn post
  • Experience managing contractors and editorial workflows
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs preferred)
  • Experience with project management tools; Monday.com preferred
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury, or payments concepts is a significant plus
