Essential Functions:- Process a large volume of noncomplex payrolls
- Act as primary payroll contact for all client questions
- Act as a back-up to fellow team members that may not be available or where necessary to ensure the team completes daily payroll production
- Responsible for updating and maintaining client company and employee data
- Ability to assist clients with basic technology related support questions
- Enter adjustment payrolls
- Process QE & YE for client base
- Maintain a high rate of client retention through quality service and timely documentation of all client calls
- Other Duties as assigned
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ Service Bureau Payroll Experience
- Customer Service / Problem Solving Skills
- Relevant payroll platform is highly preferable but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
