Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through completion across a range of commercial, civil, and industrial work. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery. The position works closely with field teams, estimators, and leadership to coordinate all phases of construction. Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for scope alignment
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and field issues
  • Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
  • Support procurement and material coordination to align with project timelines
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Experience in commercial, civil, or industrial construction environments
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with general contractors, subcontractors, or developers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
