Job Description:

arenaflex is currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for remote, part-time Customer Service and Data Entry positions. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide support on various issues, and manage data entry tasks efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support.

  • Accurately input and update customer data and order information into internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet access.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
