[Remote] Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ogden is looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, booking service appointments, and promoting the club membership program while creating a great first impression for the company.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook, Angi, Modernize, eLocal, and other marketing sources
- Return calls promptly and work to book appointments for service, maintenance, and estimates
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and create a strong first impression
- Make outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule tune-ups and maintenance visits
- Perform follow-up “happy calls” after appointments to check on the customer experience
- Help introduce and sell club memberships in a natural, helpful, and friendly way
- Accurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into company software
- Use scripts and call guidance while still sounding warm, confident, and genuine
- Work closely with office staff and technicians to support a smooth customer experience
- Follow up on open leads, unsold estimates, and missed opportunities as directed

- Must live within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, Utah
- Must be willing to come into the Ogden office as needed

- Inside sales or appointment-setting experience
- Call center experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience
