What You Will Do
As an Experienced Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Customer Champion: You will be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and resolves their issues efficiently. You will handle an average of 4+ calls per hour from customers across the USA, providing solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Technology Troubleshooter: You will be the go-to expert for customers seeking assistance with cellular phones, billing, and general questions. Your technical expertise will enable you to provide clear explanations and solutions, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Highly Organized and Motivated: As a remote worker, you will need to be self-motivated and committed to being available and present for our customers during your shift, except for your assigned breaks and lunch. You will require a quiet, distraction-free workplace to ensure that you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

What Skills You Need

- Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote customer service experience is preferred.
- Office Computer Skills: You will need basic computer skills, including general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet.
- Work from Home Requirements: You will need to have:
+ Internet Connection: A minimum upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS. + Distraction-Free Workplace: A quiet, distraction-free office setting in your home. + Location: You must reside within 50 miles of an arenaflex facility, ensuring that you have access to team interaction and support when needed.
