What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Service Agent - Sports, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our players and guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Communicating with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories. - Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in the arenaflex brand. - Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events. - Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products.
What is Required (Qualifications)
