Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions and improve the overall customer experience. You will work closely with our Disney+ Item teams to extract and analyze data from various sources, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies, and communicate project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with research partners within the organization and external vendors.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Manage assigned projects, conduct quality control checks, and report progress to supervisors to ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that all results are actionable and drive key business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, or 1 year of experience with a graduate degree.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and combine data from various sources.
- Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS, Q, MarketSight).
- Experience with survey tools (e.g. Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
- Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. R, Python, SAS, STATA).
- Postgraduate education in Statistics or Mathematics.
- Quantitative analysis background, either on the provider side or client-side.
- Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights.
- Experience with membership-based business models and strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $93,400 to $125,200 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus or long-term incentive units may be offered as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive range of benefits, including health, financial, and other perks.
