Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the voice behind some of the world's most recognized brands, delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships. You'll engage with customers via inbound calls, use internal systems to manage accounts and process requests efficiently, and identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade services using consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Qualifications

We're looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM with accuracy
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and customer engagement
• Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
• Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Conditions of Employment

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
