Our reputation is built on providing our customers with reliable solutions and excellent service. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the management team, responding to customer inquiries, managing calendars and appointments, and performing general office tasks such as data entry and file management. Qualifications ? Excellent organizational and communication skills ? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite ? Experience with digital file management and data entry ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Knowledge of the air compressor, generator, or similar industry is a plus ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Responsibilities: ? Manage emails and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries. ? Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members. ? Conduct research on various topics as requested, compiling information into comprehensive reports. ? Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets. ? Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. ? Maintain and organize files and databases. ? Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing. ? Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and external partners. ? Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls and managing office supplies. ? Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned. Benefits: ? Remote work flexibility. ?
