Position Overview

As a Remote Part-Time Provider Relations Recruiter at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical touchpoint for both our members and the legal professionals in our network. Your primary responsibility will involve matching customers with qualified legal providers—attorneys and mediators—who can address their specific legal needs. Beyond direct customer assistance, you will also play a strategic role in expanding and maintaining arenaflex's network of legal provider relationships through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities.

This position involves a balanced mix of inbound and outbound phone communication, email correspondence, and administrative case management. You'll manage a caseload of 25 or more customers simultaneously, ensuring each individual receives personalized attention and timely service. The role is hourly with the added opportunity to earn monthly performance incentives, rewarding excellence in member satisfaction, provider recruitment, and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Assistance and Provider Matching: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking legal services, carefully assessing their needs and connecting them with qualified attorneys or mediators within the arenaflex network who specialize in the relevant practice areas.
  • Network Development and Recruitment: Proactively build and expand arenaflex's network of legal providers by researching potential candidates through online directories, bar association resources, referral networks, and other recruitment channels.
  • Outreach and Promotion: Introduce and promote the arenaflex Legal Program to attorneys and mediators through professional cold-calling efforts, clearly articulating the value of partnership and the benefits of joining our network.
  • Credential Verification: Validate the professional licensing and credentials of all potential and current legal providers by conducting thorough checks through local and state bar agencies and other authoritative sources.
  • Caseload Management: Effectively manage a portfolio of 25 or more active customer cases simultaneously, maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the service delivery process.
  • Special Projects and Promotions: Support recruitment efforts for individual customer referrals, network partnership initiatives, legal class requests, and other special assignments or promotional campaigns as directed by leadership.
  • Quality and Performance Standards: Consistently meet or exceed established company benchmarks for provider and member satisfaction, accuracy in matching, quality of service delivery, and adherence to timelines.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with both members and legal providers, fostering trust and long-term engagement with the arenaflex brand.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home within a professional, distraction-free environment. The role operates during standard business hours with a part-time schedule, offering excellent work-life balance. You'll use standard office equipment including a computer, phone, headset, and internet connection provided or reimbursed by arenaflex. While the role is primarily sedentary—requiring prolonged sitting and regular use of a computer and phone—it also involves talking, listening, and occasional standing or light physical activity. Travel is not required for this position.
