We are hiring for multiple shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with most schedules requiring availability to work at least one weekend day. The starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour, complemented by a quarterly performance bonus and access to a variety of additional incentive programs designed to reward your hard work and dedication. The expected annual salary range is approximately $35,360, with opportunities for growth and advancement as you build your career at arenaflex.

To be considered for this position, candidates must currently reside in the state of Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, or Wisconsin, as this is a fully remote role aligned to those specific operational regions. All necessary equipment and training will be provided to ensure your success from day one.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers who rely on our consumer lending brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Inbound Customer Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with their accounts, products, and services. Each call is an opportunity to provide a positive, reassuring experience.
  • Addressing Questions and Providing Education: Offer clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about our suite of financial products and services. Help customers understand their options and make informed decisions that align with their needs.
  • Managing Account-Related Matters: Process payments, create customized payment plans, and resolve a variety of account-related inquiries with accuracy and care. Your work will directly contribute to improved customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Delivering High-Quality Support: Maintain the highest standards of verbal and written communication. Every interaction should reflect professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolving customer needs efficiently.
  • Maintaining Accurate Customer Records: Update customer accounts meticulously with the most current and accurate information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

  • Master the tools, systems, and CRM platforms you will use daily.
  • Build confidence in handling a wide range of customer scenarios through role-playing, simulations, and real-world case studies.
  • Receive mentorship and ongoing coaching from experienced team leaders.

Upon successful completion of training, you will specialize in one of arenaflex's consumer lending brands, allowing you to develop true expertise and become a trusted resource for customers seeking guidance.

What We Are Looking For: Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Active Listening: Demonstrated ability to listen attentively, empathize with customers, and respond with thoughtful solutions.
  • Typing Proficiency: Solid typing skills with the ability to document conversations accurately and efficiently in real time.
  • Technical Comfort: Familiarity with CRM systems, basic computer applications, and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • Multitasking Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: A flexible, customer-centric mindset with the ability to adjust communication styles to suit different personalities and situations.
  • Residency: Must currently reside in the state of Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, or Wisconsin.
  • Availability: Must be available to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with most schedules requiring at least one weekend day.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, lending, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics in a previous customer service role.
