Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will handle a wide variety of customer interactions on behalf of our automotive dealer clients. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate, helpful, and engaging information while identifying opportunities to convert conversations into qualified leads. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Customers via Online Chat: Handle a high volume of inbound chat inquiries from prospective automotive customers, providing timely and accurate responses to questions about vehicles, services, pricing, and dealership offerings.
  • Providing Product and Service Information: Communicate detailed information about various automotive products and services in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. You will become well-versed in the features, benefits, and specifications of multiple vehicle brands and models.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Work closely with customers to narrow down their needs and schedule service appointments, test drives, or showroom visits with the appropriate dealership representatives.
  • Lead Generation and Customer Information Capture: Collect and document essential customer contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and vehicle preferences, for lead generation purposes and client follow-up.
  • Summarizing Customer Interactions: Prepare concise yet comprehensive summaries of each chat interaction based on customer needs, preferences, and pain points. These summaries will be reviewed by dealership clients to inform their follow-up strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Residency Requirement: Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. South Dakota residency is required for this specific posting.
  • Computer and Internet Proficiency: Basic internet skills and familiarity with Windows-based computer systems. You must own or have access to your own computer or laptop equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone.
  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Strong ability to type quickly and communicate clearly, professionally, and grammatically correct in a written format. You will be the voice of our clients, and your words must reflect positively on their brands.

  • Training Commitment: Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EDT.
