[Remote] Google & Meta Ads Freelancer (E-commerce) – Campaign Audit & Growth Strategy
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ALIGNERCO is seeking an experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads Freelancer to enhance the performance of their e-commerce advertising campaigns. The role involves conducting comprehensive audits of existing advertising accounts and developing strategies for sustainable growth and improved return on ad spend.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing, creative, and development teams
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing advertising accounts, including:
- Google Ads
- Google Shopping
- Performance Max
- Search campaigns
- Display and YouTube campaigns
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Review account structure, campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and budgets
- Analyze conversion tracking, attribution models, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel implementation
- Evaluate product feed quality and Merchant Center setup
- Identify issues affecting campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and overall profitability
- Provide a detailed audit report with actionable recommendations and prioritization
- Develop a 3–6 month paid media strategy focused on sustainable growth and improved return on ad spend
- Recommend testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Guide and support our in-house team in implementing recommendations
- Participate in regular strategy calls and performance reviews
Skills
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center, Conversion tracking and attribution
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom e-commerce platforms
- Experience working collaboratively with internal marketing and development teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
