About the Role
We're looking for a Motion Designer (freelance or full-time) to create emotionally engaging, high-performing video ads that strengthen our marketing message, capture attention, and drive business results. In this role, you'll directly influence key performance metrics such as retention, CTR, CPA, and overall creative effectiveness. You'll get the freedom to experiment with bold, trend-led concepts and work with cutting-edge AI tools, including Claude integrations, creative agents, and more.
What You'll Do
