[Remote] Executive Director, Finance

They are seeking an Executive Director, Finance to reputed company the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, supporting the reputed company reputed company, focusing on growth through organic means and mergers/acquisitions while providing strategic financial guidance and insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the annual operating budget, quarterly forecasts, and observations
• Consolidate and present monthly and quarterly financial performance updates to Executive Leadership (including insights on budget drivers, forecast variances, advising on actionable items, and historical comparison)
• Continuously assess opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
• Work with existing reporting packages and assess for areas of improvement
• Understand the impact of problems across the organization and work to provide solutions and process improvements
• Play a key role in integrating systems and tools from mergers and acquisitions
• Support and reputed company your team of junior members

Skills

• BA in Business, Finance or reputed company degree and 3+ years' experience managing a team
• 7+ years' experience conducting financial planning, analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and support for business in a corporate environment
• Passionate taking data and relaying it into understandable presentation format for executive audiences (communicating through analytics and presentations)
• Experience with reputed company 360 and Hyperion Essbase
• Knowledge of US GAAP
