[Remote] Revenue Operations Expert - Part Time

Workana is a company focused on building AI-powered revenue generation systems, and they are seeking a Revenue Operations Expert to collaborate directly with the CEO. The role involves designing and optimizing CRM infrastructure, building dashboards, and creating workflows to generate qualified opportunities, particularly in the speaking pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CRM infrastructure
- Build revenue dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Create visibility into pipeline health across all service lines
- Build follow-up and lead nurturing systems
- Establish operating rhythms around revenue generation activities
- Build and operate a speaking opportunity sourcing engine
- Systematize the application and opportunity tracking process
- Create outreach workflows for event organizers and speaker bureaus
- Implement follow-up automation and CRM integrations
- Deliver measurable KPI reporting on pipeline performance and health
- Build workflows using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, along with automation platforms
- Eliminate repetitive manual work across the business
- Create scalable and repeatable operating systems
- Document SOPs and processes to ensure sustainability and consistency
- CRM optimized and structured for pipeline management
- Dashboards implemented with real-time visibility
- KPI tracking established across critical business metrics
- Revenue reporting operational and delivered on a weekly basis
- Speaking opportunity engine fully operational
- Opportunity tracking and application process systemized
- Follow-up workflows active and automated
- Pipeline visible, measurable, and consistently generating qualified opportunities
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Growth Operations
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Go High Level, or similar
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for workflow design and automation
- Experience building dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Experience designing outbound prospecting and lead generation systems
- Strong process design and documentation skills
- Professional-level English and Spanish proficiency
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM)
- Experience with Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Startup or founder-support experience
- Experience supporting advisors, consultants, or professional services businesses
- Proficiency with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience building AI-first operating systems
