[Remote] Senior Peoplesoft Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiant Digital provides IT solutions and consulting services to various government agencies and businesses. They are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support the CAPPS HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) environment, providing advanced functional and technical support for HR/PY applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for CAPPS HR/PY applications
- Troubleshoot complex PeopleSoft HCM issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Commitment Accounting, Time & Labor, TAM/CG, and HR Security
- Perform ERP configuration changes and functional design activities
- Work with Integration Broker, App Designer, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and related PeopleSoft tools
- Support batch jobs, RMJ processes, and system monitoring activities
- Manage incidents, escalations, and coordination with Tier 3 vendors
- Participate in Disaster Recovery and Major Incident Management (MIM) activities
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, NIST standards, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements
- Gather business requirements and support project implementation activities
- Provide executive presentations, audit support, and agency training
- Coordinate Fiscal Year-End processes and statewide HR/PY support activities
Skills
- 14+ Years of Experience Mandatory
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
- Extensive CAPPS HR/PY support experience
- Strong expertise with PeopleSoft App Designer
- Integration Broker
- SQR / SQL
- BI Publisher
- SAP Business Objects
- AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
- PUM / Fluid / Elastic Search
- Experience with Texas State Government agencies
- Experience supporting large enterprise ERP environments
- Knowledge of NIST security standards and multi-tenancy environments
- Experience with ServiceNow, BOSSDesk, ITIL, and ITSM practices
- Experience supporting Tier 2 production support environments
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills
- Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
- FMLA configuration and compliance expertise
- Experience supporting CPA legacy statewide financial systems
- Prior Texas public sector ERP support experience
- Experience with executive-level reporting and audit support
- Knowledge of CGI Advantage and related state systems
- ITIL Certification (Preferred)
- Oracle PeopleSoft Certifications (Preferred)
- Agile/Scrum Certifications (Preferred)
