What You’ll Do: Participate in comprehensive training programs on PeopleSoft & Oracle database administration. Assist with administration & maintenance of PeopleSoft environments. Support Oracle database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, & performance tuning under guidance. Engage in test automation activities using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). Learn & contribute to performance testing & monitoring of PeopleSoft applications. Collaborate with senior team members on various IT projects & daily operational activities. Document processes, procedures, & troubleshooting steps as part of learning journey. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong interest in enterprise applications, database management & automation testing. Basic understanding of databases, scripting, or software development is an advantage but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills & a willingness to learn about new technologies. Good communication skills & ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
