What You Will Do
In this role, you will: Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate Educate patients on prevention and long-term health Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes Document care in EMR systems What We’re Looking For Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Strong experience in family practice or primary care Active, unrestricted NP license Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Tech-savvy and adaptable Why Join Redirect Health You will not pay for Healthcare for You and Your Entire Family No premiums No deductibles No co-pays This is our “Wow” moment!
