Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Specialists to join our remote workforce. In this role, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers across multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and social media—delivering reputed company, empathetic, and solution‑focused service. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers reputed company phone, email, live chat, and social media to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product or service information.

Essential Qualifications
