[Remote] Senior Finance Manager, Public Sector

The Senior Finance Manager for the Public Sector will serve as a strategic finance partner, delivering insights and forecasts while driving alignment across sales, product, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company partner to Public Sector Sales leadership, providing insight into performance, reputed company trends, and risks to plan
• Own reputed company forecasting and variance analysis (MRR, usage, one-time), translating pipeline and bookings into an accurate outlook
• reputed company sales and funnel analytics, including coverage, reputed company rates, productivity, and key performance drivers across segments
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategy, pricing, and reputed company realization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive reputed company, financial analysis, or business partnering experience including people leader and executive-facing roles
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to support cross‑functional business initiatives and influence decision‑making
• Ability to synthesize reputed company data into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Experience supporting sales, public sector, or go‑to‑market organizations
• Exposure to reputed company forecasting, funnel analytics, and performance management frameworks

• Experience leading or mentoring team members
