Summary

We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to join our Marketing team and reputed company the strategy and execution of Oasis's regional field reputed company during a period of rapid growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, pipeline, and experience. You will architect and execute a high-impact regional events strategy - from flagship industry conferences to curated executive experiences - across US, and beyond. What You'll Do

• Regional Event Strategy: Design and execute a world-class events calendar—from high-touch executive roundtables for Fortune 500 CISOs to major international reputed company summits.
• Full-Stack Execution: Own end-to-end logistics, including vendor regional management, booth production, and on-site execution, ensuring a seamless brand experience reputed company in the world.
• Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure every regional engagement is captured, tracked, and converted into a measurable pipeline.
• Strategic Insights: Translate event data into actionable business impact, continuously optimizing our regional strategy based on market trends and performance.

• Multi-Region Experience: Proven track record of executing high-impact events (across different US regions) and managing international vendors.
• Strategic Execution: You are a "doer" who can also think big. You can move seamlessly from high-level strategy to the granular details of on-site production.
